Absolute Plants and Landscapes are looking for a Team Leader or experienced landscaper looking to take the next step into a leadership role in the Western Suburbs. APL is a landscape construction business based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. With an exceptional reputation they provide high-quality landscaping and garden Maintenance in a number of locations throughout Melbourne and Regional Victoria. The Role The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a team and delegate tasks and will work with the Head of Landscape to manage the job site. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team and delegate tasks to deliver a high-quality finish
- Order materials and ensure jobs are completed within a timely manner
- Keep the head of landscape updated on progress and works completed Skills and experience
- Experience in hard and soft landscapes
- Good communications skills with a professional manner and the ability to motivate others
- An ability to make decisions and problem solve
- Capable of managing software and paperwork relevant to the role
- Current drivers licence and construction white card.
- Truck / Bobcat licence beneficial What they can offer you
