Client Service Manager
- NDIS | NAD Care Support Services:
Casual to Part, Full-Time contract | Immediate Start_

NAD Care Support Services, a trusted and growing NDIS provider, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our passionate team. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centred care—and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment and vision.
Your Role:
As our Client Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for participants and their families. You will:
Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with NDIS participants
Coordinate services in line with individual NDIS plans
Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with NDIS standards
Act as an advocate for clients' needs and goals
Use your network to help grow our client base and expand the NAD Care Support Services community
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working in the disability or community services sector
Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to think strategically
A personal or skilled network that can support business growth (highly regarded)
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, or a related field
Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
