Absolute Plants and Landscapes are looking for a Team Leader or experienced landscaper looking to take the next step into a leadership role in the Western Suburbs.

APL is a landscape construction business based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. With an exceptional reputation they provide high-quality landscaping and garden Maintenance in a number of locations throughout Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

The Role The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a team and delegate tasks and will work with the Head of Landscape to manage the job site.

Key Responsibilities Manage a team and delegate tasks to deliver a high-quality finish Order materials and ensure jobs are completed within a timely manner Keep the head of landscape updated on progress and works completed

Skills and experience Experience in hard and soft landscapes Good communications skills with a professional manner and the ability to motivate others An ability to make decisions and problem solve Capable of managing software and paperwork relevant to the role Current drivers licence and construction white card. Truck / Bobcat licence beneficial
