Dispatch Operator Hoppers Crossing

Customer Service:

Liaise with customers to meet and co-ordinate required deadlines.

Communicate with customer any delay’s or changes to schedule.

Serve customers when required.

Dispatch

Co-Ordinate & allocate all deliveries.

Allocate and maintain stock for incoming goods when required.

Checking out going deliveries when required.

Coordinates and plans truck movements efficiently to meet client appointments and timeslots.

Utilise and understand computer systems for allocating.

Interaction with customers and truck drivers.

Ensure weights are properly calculated to avoid exceeding gross weight carrying capacity.

Keep office in a neat & tidy manner.

Maintain high level of professionalism.

Pay: From $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
