The chance:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.
In this role you will support coordinating the day-to-day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets. Some of your duties will include;
Provide support to the Store Manager and manage the store in their absence.
Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on-time customer delivery.
Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.
Perform vehicle repairs as required.

This is a full time role based at our Hoppers Crossing store.

Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical
- Light Vehicle).
Current, full Drivers Licence
Demonstrative experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs efficiently.
