Whether it’s helping someone choose their first camera, printing a treasured family photo, or restoring moments from generations past, everything we do is centred around helping people protect and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us

• Owner-minded leadership
- make day-to-day decisions independently, in line with how the owners would think and act
• Team accountability
- run daily huddles, monthly 1:1s, and have real conversations that keep everyone on track
• Sales performance
- drive revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, promotions and smart strategy
• Customer experience
- set and uphold the standard for service, resolving issues and building loyalty
• Store operations
- own stock, merchandising, equipment, OHS compliance and daily procedures end-to-end
• Continuous improvement
- spot gaps, refine processes, and never settle for positive enough DAY-TO-DAY YOU’LL BE
• Leading daily team huddles
- setting the objective, debriefing the result, driving the response
• Delegating tasks clearly and following up to ensure they’re completed to the right standard
• Having direct, constructive conversations when team members aren’t meeting expectations
• Monitoring the store dashboard and keeping a close eye on revenue, margins and key metrics
• Managing the roster, covering gaps proactively, and planning for busy periods ahead of time
• Overseeing stock ordering, invoice processing, and running routine stocktakes
• Keeping the store immaculate and displays fresh
- refreshed at minimum every three months
• Coordinating monthly supplier training sessions to keep the team sharp and product-savvy
• Handling customer complaints at first contact, aiming for a genuine win-win outcome YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU

• Know how to absorb a business owner’s way of thinking and apply it confidently day to day
• Are a natural delegator
