Sales and Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Sales and Project Manager in the signage industry to join a dynamic company known for its innovative designs and commitment to handcrafted signage.

We are an award-winning sign and design firm located in Sydney, collaborating closely with prestigious clients. This position offers a chance to be part of a rapidly expanding team, specializing in the creation of signs using materials such as aluminum extrusion, sheet metal, acrylics, PVC Foamex, wood, and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with clients and stakeholders to comprehend project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Oversee modifications in project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct cost estimations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers while identifying new business prospects.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various roles and departments.
- Conduct site visits for surveys and meetings as necessary.
- Oversee design management by coordinating with the design team to create artwork and visuals.
- Handle subcontractor management.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the signage sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions.
- Strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing project schedules.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and professional with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in client management, with the ability to nurture and grow key relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal estimating software.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

Pay: $90,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
