Working closely alongside the current leadership team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the preschool while mentoring educators, building strong relationships with families, and helping maintain a high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the preschool
- Mentor and guide educators across the service
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Support compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture About You
- Diploma or ECT qualification
- Previous Director or 2IC experience within early childhood
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements
- Confident communication and leadership skills
