Full Time Educator (Berowra Heights)

All rounder role for an educator who has had experience in preschool age group. We run a boutique preschool centre which runs 50 weeks in the year. Friendly 8am to 4pm hours for the centre so no late shifts. The role would suit someone who is a room leader or similar.

Responsibilities as follows:

- Plan and deliver high-quality early childhood education programs in line with the EYLF.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Observe and document children’s development to support individual learning.
- Collaborate with our team to maintain our high standards of care and education.

What We’re Looking For:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, ACECQA-approved qualification).
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
