Production Assistant (Hornsby)

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things properly, and loves the aroma of fresh spices and teas? We’re a small but passionate business producing premium organic spice blends, teas and oils — and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Blend and process products by following recipes and food safety guidelines
- Accurately weigh, label and pack products for retail and wholesale
- Pick and pack online orders with care
- Maintain a clean and organised production and warehouse area
- Accept and put away deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems
- Supervise trainees.

What We’re Looking For:

- Comfortable working with spices, teas and PPE
- Basic English and maths skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit
- ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kg, and do general warehouse tasks
- Good time management and flexibility to switch between tasks
- At least 1 year of experience in food production
- Having an ABN is a plus
