- **The Opportunity**:_
As an Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young children. Your passion for early childhood development will guide your work as you recognize and celebrate each child as a unique individual. You will be responsible for:
- **Supporting the Development and Delivery of Educational Programs**: Assist in the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs that foster continuous learning for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, in alignment with the NQF, EYLF, and the Reggio Emilia approach.
- **Contributing to Documentation and Learning Records**: Actively assist in implementing and documenting each child’s learning and development, including: Wellbeing Plans, 6-Month Curriculum Intention Plans and Flexible Room Routines.
- **Ensuring a Safe and Stimulating Environment**: Maintain a nurturing, secure, and engaging environment that supports children’s growth and development.
- **Ensuring Child Safety and Well-being**: Providing active supervision and taking all necessary precautions to always ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- **Promoting Meaningful Participation**: Encouraging active and meaningful involvement from all children in activities, while fostering trusting and respectful relationships.
- **Collaborate and Contribute to the Centre’s Growth**:Working closely with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community, contributing to a collaborative team environment and the continuous improvement of the centre.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Certificate III in early childhood education or higher.**:
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current Child protection, Safe Sleep and Food Safety Training desirable

**Job Types**: Full time, Part-time
Pay: $28.52
- $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
**Experience**:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- ACECQA approved certificate III or higher (preferred)
- Current HLTAID012 First Aid (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
