Your passion for food along with your person-first approach will make a real difference to the life of our residents. No sponsorships are available. Duties
- Plan and prepare well balanced and nutritious meals for our residents
- Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents’ dietary, individual and cultural needs are met
- Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services
- Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures
- Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking, and food quality assessment Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in the preparation and delivery of meals within a similar environment
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
