Autosports Group is seeking motivated 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year Apprentice Technicians to join our team at **Mercedes-Benz Hornsby**. This is your chance to work with one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands in a supportive and hands-on learning environment.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Gain practical experience with diagnostics and guided fault finding using the latest Mercedes-Benz tools.
- Work alongside a dedicated mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship.
- Undertake world-class training in Melbourne, leading to global Mercedes-Benz certification.
- Carry out standard servicing, testing and adjustment work.
- Assist the team with repairs, ordering parts, and customer support.
- Help maintain workshop tools, equipment and work areas.
- Develop the skills and competencies required to complete your trade qualification and become a certified technician.

**We’re looking for someone who**
- Has a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to become a professional technician.
- Is well-spoken, with robust customer service skills.
- Pays attention to detail and follows processes carefully.
- Brings enthusiasm, self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Is honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Holds a current driver’s licence.
