**About the Position**

Our North Shore practices are based at Gordon and Hornsby. The practices offer a wide range of radiography services including BMD, Cardiac, CT including low dose, Mammography, MRI, and X-Ray. You will be responsible for managing the important first contact with our patients both in person and over the phone. You will provide exceptional customer service and administration. You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from reception to their procedure. You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.

**About You**

You must have outstanding customer services background with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with regards to compassion and empathy. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy environment. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously.
