**Job Summary**: As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the right products, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. With your friendly and approachable demeanor, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and driving sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers
- Assist customers in finding the products that best suit their needs and preferences
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including product displays and shelves
- Monitor and restock inventory to ensure products are readily available
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be aware of promotions and special offers
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an attractive and enticing store environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Basic math skills and familiarity with using a POS system
- Willingness to learn about new products and industry trends
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
