Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day management of the preschool Mentor and guide educators across the service Build robust relationships with children, families, and the local community Support compliance with the NQF, EYLF, and centre policies Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
About You
Diploma or ECT qualification Previous Director or 2IC experience within early childhood Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and compliance requirements Confident communication and leadership skills Passionate about high-quality early childhood education
