School Cleaner (St Ives)

We need School Cleaners in the following areas

**Upper North Sydney, Lower North Sydney, Northern Beaches and Hills Shire**

**Shifts Timings are between 5am
- 9am and 2pm
- 6pm**

There are part-time, full-time, and casual roles available. Part-time applicants will work Monday to Friday on either morning or afternoon shift, full-time will work both shifts Monday to Friday.

**The Role**:

- General cleaning of designated areas including scrubbing surfaces, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, refilling consumables, cleaning wash basins etc.
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Closely follow and comply with cleaning procedures and safety requirements for site
- Support the Cleaning Supervisors to ensure that contractual obligations are met in all aspects of cleaning

**You Will Have**:

- Valid Australian working rights and current Police check issued within the last 12 months
- Valid WWC: Working with Children Check (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum 1 year cleaning experience in a similar role desired
- Cleaning experience and proven attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and clear communication
- A commitment to safety and understanding of safe chemical use

Pay: $24.07
- $33.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20
- 40 per week
