We’re seeking amotivated Operator to join ourProduction Team, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products enjoyed by millions. You’ll work afixed shift pattern across a 3-day work week, giving you more time outside of work.

What you’ll do:


- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure products meet Mars’ quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete explicit shift handovers and plan ahead for schedule changes.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team production targets. Your unique ingredients:
