Role Overview As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. - Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Berowra is a 37‑place centre and is Rated Exceeding National Quality Standards.

- Cert III / Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
