Role The Seasonal Store Associate is a customer service specialist responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in‑depth product information, and embodying the brand. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Process deliveries, maintain tidy stock and equipment/back‑of‑house areas.
- Replenish stock and perform display changes on the shop floor. Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
- Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
- Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. Working Hours Rostered across a variety of shifts including late‑night trading, weekends and public holidays. Reliable transportation required because of early/late hours. Benefits
