About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team at our high-performing Hornsby store! In this leadership role, you’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations, coach and develop your team, and drive the store to success. - Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training, and mentoring
- Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
- Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
