Artilux is a family-run company specialising in **premium retractable and pleated screens**. We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to join our team as a **Production Worker / Assistant Coordinator**. This role is **70% production (hands-on factory work)** and **30% coordination/admin support**.

Core responsibilities

**Production (hands-on, 70%)**
- Carry out **day-to-day factory tasks and screen assembly** (using power tools).
- Work directly on the **factory floor** to support production and meet deadlines.
- Perform **quality checks and troubleshooting** to keep standards high.

**Coordination (support/admin, 30%)**
- Help manage and track **production schedules**.
- Handle **stock control, purchasing, and supplier deliveries**.

What we’re looking for
- Comfortable working with tools and factory equipment.
- Organised, with strong attention to detail.
- A good communicator who can work across sales, installation, and office teams.
- A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential.

**Experience**:

- basic computer skills: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
