**The role of the **_Administrative Support Officer_** works within the Mission and Mission in Action and values of HammondCare, to provide efficient administration support to the Residential team. The Administrative Support Officer is required to provide a high level of service to enable the various daily operations to function smoothly.**
It is an important “front office” role that requires commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The workplace culture is flexible and friendly, with an emphasis on reciprocal support between management and staff.
**The essence of this role**:
- Provide administration support to the Residential Aged Care home team.
- Provide a high level of service to enable the Residential Care home to function smoothly and efficiently.
- Display commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers.
**About you**:
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian-based Motivation, values, and Mission in Action.
- Aged Care experience
- highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner.
- Demonstrated experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Superior time management.
- Empathy and patience to handle a range of questions, queries and complaints.
