About the Role:
In this role, you will coordinate, monitor and provide a range of hospitality services, including laundry and cleaning to enhance the quality of life for our residents. You will be supporting your team members and peers and promote a positive team spirit. Some of the successful applicants duties are:
Oversee the cleaning and laundry services team members
Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and maintained to a high standard
Monitor and replenish supplies to maintain adequate levels
Maintain accurate records
Prepare reports to communicate key information
To be successful in this role you’ll need
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
Positive communication skills
A reliable team player
Understanding of workplace health and safety
