We are seeking an experienced Assistant Coordinator to join our team at St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School Asquith. The OSHC is open from 7am to 8:30am in the mornings and from 3pm to 6pm in the afternoons, Monday to Friday during term time and during vacation time we are open Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm. You’ll be joining an established, supportive team who work closely together and genuinely care about creating a welcoming, fun, and safe space for children.
Location: Asquith
Classification: Part time
Days: Monday to Friday (Split Shifts)
Hours: Mornings: 7am to 9am and Afternoons: 2:30pm to 6:00pm + 2.5 hours for Administration = 30 hours per week

- Engaging, implementing, and evaluating the program to ensure it caters for the interests and needs of school age children and meets the requirements of the 'My Time
- Our Place' Framework.
- Ensuring compliance to the National Quality Standards and the Regulations.
- Building ongoing positive relationships with the schools, families, and employees. Working on administrative tasks and efficient day to day operation of the service. Requirements
- Working with Children Check.
- Completion of CHCPRT025 "Identify & report children and young people at risk" certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid certification/CPR certification/Asthma and Anaphylaxis or willingness to obtain.
- Foundations of child safety training certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in running or assisting in running an OSHC. Highly Desirable
