**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our amazing team at **Hornsby**. If you have a passion for homewares and want to work in a store that has a beautiful product range of the highest quality, then Habitania Homewares is the place for you.

Our Store Managers work closely with our visual merchandising team to provide feedback on merchandising and designing the layout of your store to best suit your customer's needs. At Habitania, we trust that our Store Managers know their customers the best. You will be able to tailor your individual store to maximise your customers’ store experience and take ownership of your store. This is something that a larger homewares chain can't offer!

The Store Manager also has a crucial part to play in coaching and motivating the team to create a positive environment, deliver an exceptional customer experience and ultimately, store sales.

**About you**
- Proven management experience in retail
- An eye for visual merchandising and detail orientated
- Strong inventory management capability
- Drive to achieve individual KPIs and sales targets
- Ability to sell and provide an exceptional customer service experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part time

Pay: From $28.69 per hour
