Cleaning Assistant Galston

RSL LifeCare is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to work as a casual cleaner, who would love to make a difference in the lives of veterans and aged care residents at our aged care home
- Mark Donaldson House, Galston.

The position is available for a competent person to clean common areas of the aged care facility as per the schedule and as required. Duties include vacuuming, dusting, Cobb webbing, washroom hygiene, replenishing paper stock as required, and stock control
- including cleaning showers and toilets and taking out and bringing in garbage bins.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have experience in cleaning; aged care cleaning experience is desirable but not necessary

Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Policy within the organization by maintaining a protected and clean setting for residents, staff, and visitors

Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures

Have a positive outlook and enjoy working co-operatively in a team

Want to make a difference and contribute to the wellbeing of others

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. _Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCareWhat we can offer you:
