Skilled Audio & Television (PAT) is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven, and self-starting Logistics, Admin & Sales Support professional to join our Hornsby office.
This is a key role at the heart of our business — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks, loves working with people, and takes genuine pride in what they do.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinating daily operations across our Sydney and Auckland offices
Managing all incoming and outgoing freight
- quality control is a must!
Handling project schedules, including hardware and software deliveries
Booking and coordinating staff travel, tradeshows, and roadshows
Organising and replenishing office supplies and promotional stock
Overseeing the repairs and servicing of company vehicles
Organising internal and external events for staff and clients
Providing general admin and sales support to our teams in Sydney & Auckland
Acting as a go-to team member who just gets things done
What we’re looking for:
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership of your work
Highly organised, task-driven, and confident working unsupervised
Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
A clear and confident communicator
- from juniors to CEOs
Ability to assess situations and build action plans
Current driver’s licence (manual licence highly desirable)
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Pride in your work, and the initiative to go the extra mile
A wicked sense of humour
