Artilux is a family-run company specialising in premium retractable and pleated screens. We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to join our team as a Production Worker / Assistant Coordinator. This role is 70% production (hands-on factory work) and 30% coordination/admin support.

Core responsibilities

Production (hands-on, 70%)

Carry out day-to-day factory tasks and screen assembly (using power tools).

Work directly on the factory floor to support production and meet deadlines.

Perform quality checks and troubleshooting to keep standards high.

Coordination (support/admin, 30%)

Help manage and track production schedules.

Handle stock control, purchasing, and supplier deliveries.

What we’re looking for

Comfortable working with tools and factory equipment.

Organised, with strong attention to detail.

A positive communicator who can work across sales, installation, and office teams.

A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential.

Experience:

basic computer skills: 3 years (required)
