Service Support Administrator Material Handling Division Hornsby

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd, a leader in the distribution of materials handling and construction equipment, is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our Aftermarket team at our Hornsby Head Office.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated team player with attention to detail to step into a full time administration position. Your key responsibilities will include:

Service support for MHD fleet management system

Effective data entry and processing

Handling warranty claims and preparing detailed reports

CRM system updates and maintaining accurate customer databases

Providing general clerical and administrative support

Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
