A PLUS AGENCY AUSTRALIA is working with a long‑established bakery in Berowra NSW 2081 who are currently seeking an enthusiastic, talented, and hard‑working baker. Location: 1c Turner Rd, Berowra NSW 2081 Employment: Full‑time – Ongoing Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum plus superannuation. Responsibilities
- Product preparation and baking
- Baking and presenting quality products to demanding clients
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Work with the store owner to manage stock control and production expenses
- Dough making / oven work
- Some staff supervision Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for baking
- Possession of a highly relevant Certificate IV (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of post‑qualification experience
- Enjoys regular early starts – the day is yours!
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills
- Ability to work in a rapid‑paced, versatile setting
