Responsibilities
- Complete intake assessments for individuals and families in housing crisis.
- Provide support through the Housing Establishment Fund (HEF).
- Help clients navigate housing options, support services and referrals.
- Be a calm, compassionate guide during stressful and uncertain times.
- Support broader housing programs when required. Benefits Salary: $44.58 per hour, plus 17.5% leave loading and up to $15,900 in salary packaging. Meal entertainment benefit of $2,650 annually. Additional benefits include:

- Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social services or substantial years of relevant experience.
