Customer Service (Brim)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our FPS Business Unit in Sunshine West. This is an exciting prospect to be part of a high-performing team that values professionalism, collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. About the Role Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-level customer service while supporting the growth and development of our customer base. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, and supporting branch sales and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Customer Service
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Coordinate workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Liaise with internal teams and other branches to resolve order-related matters
- Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships Sales & Business Support
- Assist in preparing quotations in line with sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Record sales activities in CRM systems
- Support sales projects, proposals, and marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in customer service (industrial or trade environment desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A proactive approach with a strong customer-first mindset
