The role involves greeting patients, handling telephone calls, managing booking appointments, performing general clerical duties, entering patient records accurately, communicating with other receptionists and medical professionals, and handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk and handling incoming telephone calls.
- Manage radiology exam bookings.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Enter patient records accurately.
- Maintain courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
