Horsham Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our HORSHAM store. This is an exciting chance to join a growing business. If you love retail, leadership, and of course, animals — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, visual merchandising, and store presentation

Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Manage, mentor, and develop a team to deliver consistently high results

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and oversee ordering to ensure optimal availability

Manage rostering, wages, and operational budgets in line with company guidelines

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Build solid customer relationships and represent the Pets Domain brand within the local community

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in retail store management (minimum 2 years preferred)

Strong leadership and team development skills

Commercial acumen, including understanding of budgets, stock control, and wage management

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Results-driven with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
