Retail Sales Assistant | Horsham

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and memorable interactions with customers.
- Educate customers on pet care and product benefits.
- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach store sales goals.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, properly display new stock and replenish existing stock.
- Keep up-to-date on pet care products and services.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive in‑store culture and create a strong safety mindset for the team. Qualifications
- Passion for animals and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and teammates.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 20kg.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays. Benefits
