Experience within a Multi Trader / domestic property maintenance or a similar hands on role

A practical skillset across general trades

Someone organised, proactive, and confident working independently

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Comfortable using mobile tech to log and manage work

Full UK driving licence

What you’ll be doing

Tackling a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties

Diagnosing issues and finding practical, effective solutions

Carrying out general repairs, basic decorating, and fabric maintenance

Supporting engineers and other trades on larger or more complex jobs

Assisting with site duties such as moving equipment and setting up safety barriers

Completing routine compliance checks, including water hygiene and fire system testing
