Job Overview
Multi-site Branch Management role – based out of Warracknabeal. Responsible for Warracknabeal, Rainbow, Edenhope and Nhill Branches.
Monday–Friday 8:45am–5pm.
In this role you will join our retail team who prioritise the needs and satisfaction of customers. You will act as a banking community leader and the face of NAB, building relationships with customers and business owners, partnering with local businesses, and participating in community initiatives to raise awareness of NAB’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Work quickly and with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do
Be responsible for the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction
Drive sales activity to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross‑sale opportunities
Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to customers and partners, ensuring everyone within your team understands the importance of this every time
Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider retail division
Lead a high‑performing team across multiple branches, balancing on‑site presence with remote leadership
Build solid team culture and performance across locations, ensuring consistent leadership and customer experience
Travel will be required across multiple branches – mileage paid
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail banking management or leadership roles is essential
Customer‑centric thinking
Community engagement experience
Ability to influence, coach, and work collaboratively with your team
Passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile
Attention to detail that ensures transactions are completed efficiently and accurately
Appreciation for the inclusion and diversity of our customers and colleagues
Understanding of your local market and the ability to proactively drive sustainable business growth
