- Completing ad hoc tasks as required
- Ability to multitask, work unsupervised, and take ownership of administrative tasks
- Strong time management and organisational skills Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years)
- Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Fast learner with a strong work ethic Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- High‑level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude
