This role plays a critical part in driving site reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations
- Lead and develop a team of fitters, electricians, and contractors
- Drive downtime reduction initiatives and root‑cause analysis on repeat failures
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, quality, planning and projects
- Improve preventative and predictive maintenance practices
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site About You
- Proven experience in maintenance within FMCG or a similar manufacturing setting
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing trades teams
- Solid planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on safety and quality
