ABOUT THE ROLE This person will directly report to the Contracts Supervisor and Manager and will be responsible for managing work completion within a key client contract.

- Ideally reside within the Hume Merri-bek Region. We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals ensuring the performance and completion of periodical works. The position will focus on profitable contract management, whilst ensuring services are delivered to the specified quality standard and to enhance the company's reputation as a premium service provider and risk manager. Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities 1. Understanding our contractual responsibilities in servicing the contract. 2. Complete work/periodical work to a satisfactory standard as per the specifications and compliance within the Contract. 3. Implementing and managing a successful outcome to achieve contractual KPIs. 4. Ensuring that services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety and sustainability. Skills/Experience Required
- Driver's licence.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good project management.
- Carpet steam cleaning.
- Floor scrubbing.
- Strip and resealing of floors.
- Use of cleaning machinery/tools. Personal Attributes
- Strong outcome focus.
- Self-starter.
- Good planning and organisation.
- Down-to-earth team player.
- Genuine and dedicated.
