Events Operations and Logistics Crew (Kingsgrove)

**About the role**

Flymotion is seeking a reliable Events Operations and Logistics Crew to join our dynamic team. This role is based in our Sydney office and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our recreation events across the city.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting with the setup, maintenance and breakdown of event equipment and infrastructure
- Running and managing event sites as necessary
- Providing on-site support and problem-solving during events to ensure all operations run seamlessly
- Light administrative assistance and warehouse maintenance
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols
- Providing excellent customer service to event attendees, partners and stakeholders
- Adapting to changing priorities and responding quickly to any issues that arise

- Someone reliable, proactive and brings a great attitude to the team
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- A versatile and adaptable approach to work, with a commitment to safety and quality
- Physically capable with stamina to handle the demands of event setup and breakdown
- A full driver's licence and experience operating a variety of vehicles and equipment
