Building Designer (Peakhurst)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from design to approval.
- Proficient in **ArchiCAD**and Adobe Suite for design.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles, building construction, SEPP, BCA, and NCC regulations.
- Show a robust interest in and knowledge of residential building design.
- Second Language
- Mandarin **(preferred)**but not essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary education in Design, Architecture, or Construction.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, **ArchiCAD**and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Knowledge of SEPP, BCA, and NCC regulations.
- Valid driving license is ideal.

Working hours: Monday
- Friday 8am-4pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00
- $75,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Peakhurst NSW 2210: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- design: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
