Experienced Dental Assistant / Receptionist (Hurstville)

Georges River Dental Specialists is a multi-disciplinary dental specialists clinic in Hurstville offering Specialist care in Endodontics, Periodontics, Prosthodontics and Oral Surgery. The clinic is conveniently located beside Hurstville Westfield mall and a 5-minute walk from the Hurstville train station.
- Provide chairside assistance to our Specialists Endodontist, Periodontist and Prosthodontist during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain dental equipment and instruments.
- Have excellent communication skills in a warm manner.
- Coordinating with the team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Taking records and charting.
- Undertake equipment decontamination and sterilisation to the highest standards
- Administrative tasks such as billing and maintaining patient records.
- Reception duties such as taking phone calls, making appointments, billings and handling general enquiries.
- Practice maintenance.
- To perform other administrative duties as required.

Starting hourly rate is $26.00 to 32.00 per hour.

The position will start as casual / part time initially with the prospect to become permanent part / full time.

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
