**About the Role**: Narwee Hotel is on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable and versatile **Hospitality All-Rounders** to join our dynamic team! If you're someone who can switch between pouring beers, taking orders in the bistro, running the gaming floor, and handling the bottleshop like a pro — we want to hear from you. You’ll be working across multiple areas of the venue, bringing great service and energy to every corner of the hotel.

**Duties Include**:

- Serving customers in the **bar** and **bistro**:

- Maintaining and operating the **gaming room**:

- Providing customer service in the **bottleshop**:

- Processing transactions and handling cash/EFTPOS
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not required in all areas — training provided)
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to work evenings and late nights during the week
- Someone calm under pressure and comfortable multitasking
