Bar All Rounder (Narwee)

Job Title: Hospitality All-Rounder – Bar/Bistro/Gaming/Bottle shop Location: Narwee Hotel, Narwee NSW Job Type: Casual About the Role: Narwee Hotel is on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable and versatile Hospitality All-Rounders to join our dynamic team! If you're someone who can switch between pouring beers, taking orders in the bistro, running the gaming floor, and handling the bottleshop like a pro — we want to hear from you. You’ll be working across multiple areas of the venue, bringing great service and energy to every corner of the hotel. Duties Include:
- Serving customers in the bar and bistro
- Maintaining and operating the gaming room
- Providing customer service in the bottleshop
- Processing transactions and handling cash/EFTPOS
- Maintaining a clean, secure and welcoming environment
- Working as part of a supportive, rapid-paced team What We’re Looking For:
- RSA & RCG certification (essential) ARCG Preferred for the Right Candidate/ willingess to obtain
- Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not required in all areas — training provided)
- A flexible and proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to work evenings and late nights during the week
- Someone calm under pressure and comfortable multitasking What We Offer:
