Early Childcare Director (Narwee)

Beverly Hills Montessori Christian ELC is looking for an outstanding **Director for our Service,** to join our team of committed and innovative professionals working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. This role is both on and off the floor (Off the floor is approx 10 hrs weekly).

**ESSENTIAL**
- ACECQA approved qualification of either Early Childhood degree, or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management.
- Current ACECQA approved Child Protection. CHCPRT001
- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk.
- Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current and Valid working rights in Australia
- Have a Christian Ethos
- Would like to learn more about Montessori and do some training
- Live close to Narwee NSW

**EXPERIENCE**
- Well-developed knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework & National Quality Standards
- Demonstrated experience in supporting curriculum development and documenting children's learning through an online portfolio.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in an approved early education and care service.
- Experience and familiarity with Assessment and Rating process.

- $120,467.00 per year
