FitStrong is looking for qualified Personal Trainers to deliver fitness sessions to participants living with disabilities across Sydney. We provide all client referrals and coordination — you focus on the training.

We currently have participants seeking trainers in the Mortdale area.

About the role

You will deliver one-on-one fitness sessions to children, teens, and adults living with disabilities, helping them build strength, confidence, and independence through movement. Sessions are conducted at a location that suits the participant, which may include mobile visits or a private studio space.

FitStrong manages all client matching and ongoing support. There are no marketing responsibilities involved. Sessions are paid at a set rate per booking ($70 per 45 min), and successful trainers develop consistent, long-term relationships with their participants.

What we are looking for

We want trainers who are patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about inclusive fitness. Experience working with people with disabilities is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most. You should be comfortable working independently and adapting sessions to suit individual needs.

Requirements:

Certificate IV in Fitness

Working With Children Check

National Police Check

Relevant background checks required (we can assist where needed)
