Senior Sous Chef / Kitchen Supervisor Penshurst

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team and work directly under the Head Chef.

This is a key role for someone who is not only robust in the kitchen but also ready to take responsibility for managing one of our locations.

What we are looking for:

⁠ ⁠- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen

⁠⁠- Strong organisational and leadership skills

-⁠ ⁠Ability to manage service and support team operations

⁠- Experience with pizza dough preparation is highly preferred

-⁠ ⁠Confidence in running a kitchen and overseeing staff when required
