Cleaning Manager Forest Lake

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

Salary $94,500 + Super

9 days on 5 days off, 10 hours per day

Flights from Brisbane, Townsville or Rockhampton

Immediate access to all onsite facilities, including: 2 Gyms, Tavern, Swimming Pool, 2 Sport Courts & retail shop!

The Position:

Managing all staff in housekeeping & minesite cleaning

Managing ordering of stock

Assisting in cleaning may be required

Training recent staff

Running day to day operations in cleaning areas

The Person:

Relevant industry supervisory experience

Certificate 3 in cleaning operations or management

Experience in managing staff

Excellent communication skills

Team player and be flexible to work in all departments.

Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a

positive outlook and professional manner

Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical/Drug screen.

Able to provide Passport, Birth certificate & Photo ID
